What we inspect on carts

- Surface treatment and corrosion protection
- Wheels, bearings and axle assemblies
- Folding mechanisms and brakes
- Fastener torque and assembly consistency
- Fatigue / aging test results
- Packaging drop tests and carton integrity
- Batch-to-batch consistency
How inspection is run
- Inspection checklist derived from the frozen specification
- Golden sample kept as the physical reference
- In-production checks at critical stages
- Pre-shipment inspection with photo/video report
- Defect classification with agreed acceptance limits
- Spare-parts verification for fleet products
Certification, test-report and membership materials are reviewed against the exact product, supplier, model and destination market before they are used in a quotation or shipment file.
