How it works

From market requirement to reorder

Market Requirement & BenchmarkWe map your target market's real retail prices, feature sets and durability expectations before touching any factory list.
Factory ScreeningCandidate suppliers are scored on manufacturing control, export experience, OEM capability, QC systems and spare-parts support.
Sample DevelopmentPhysical samples with your requirements — you approve before anything moves to production.
Branding & PackagingLogo application, colours, retail packaging, barcodes and bilingual labelling coordinated per your market's requirements.
QC & TestingWritten inspection checklists, in-production checks and pre-shipment inspection.
Consolidated Export & ReorderMulti-category consolidation into one shipment, then managed reorders and spare-parts continuity.
About the product photos on this site: they are factory reference samples for private-label development — not stock inventory and not third-party branded goods. Structures are factory-original with disclosed ownership or independently developed, with patent review before mass production.
FAQ

Questions buyers ask us first

What is a private-label golf program?

A private-label golf program lets a golf course group, distributor or retailer sell golf products under its own brand. We manage the manufacturing side of that program: benchmarking the target market, screening qualified factories, developing OEM/ODM samples, applying your branding and packaging, running quality control, and consolidating multiple product categories into export shipments.

Do you manufacture every product yourselves?

No — and we are direct about this. We are a supply-chain integrator, not a single mega-factory. Each category is produced by vetted specialist factories under our supplier-qualification and QC process. This is how multi-category private-label lines are actually built: one accountable partner coordinating specialist manufacturers.

What is the difference between commercial fleet carts and retail carts?

Course-operations carts prioritize durability, rust protection, bearing life, easy maintenance, replaceable spare parts, stackable storage and fleet numbering, with a multi-year service life. Retail carts prioritize folded size, weight, one-click folding, accessories and retail-ready packaging. We support both, and we scope them as different products with different specifications.

How does the process work from first contact to production?

Market requirement → product benchmark → factory screening → sample development → branding and packaging → QC and testing → mass production → consolidated export → after-sales and reorder. You approve physical samples before any mass production is scheduled.

What does your quality control cover?

For carts, inspection covers frame welding, surface treatment, wheels, bearings, axles, folding mechanisms, brakes, fatigue and aging tests, packaging drop tests, batch consistency and spare-parts availability. Every program gets a written inspection checklist agreed before production, and pre-shipment inspection against that checklist.

What are your minimum order quantities?

MOQ depends on the category, the factory and the level of customization, so we quote it per product rather than publishing a single number. Tell us your target quantities in the RFQ and we will structure the program around them — including mixed-category consolidation to make first orders practical.
